Role Description

We’re looking for driven Sales Executives to join our growing wholesale team. You’ll play a key role in managing and expanding accounts across the UK and wider Europe, as Rocket Fibre continues to expand at pace.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Building and managing client relationships across ISPs, enterprises, and infrastructure providers.
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the UK and Europe.
  • Achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Preparing accurate sales forecasts and reports.
  • Working closely with our sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for customer acquisition and retention.
  • Ensuring a first-class customer experience from prospect to long-term partner.

This is a hybrid role: you’ll be based in Corby, with the flexibility to work from home most of the time once sales targets are consistently met.

Qualifications & Skills

We’re looking for someone who brings:

  • Experience in sales, business development, or account management, ideally within telecoms or connectivity.
  • Strong relationship management and customer service skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Knowledge of connectivity, SD-WAN, and telecommunications solutions (desirable but not essential if you’re a quick learner).
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills to understand client needs and deliver solutions.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred, but experience and results matter most).
