House Caretaker

Rockdale Housing Association are looking for an experienced Caretaker with a broad range of experience and skills in property maintenance, with a good understanding of Health and Safety at work.

You will need a positive attitude and excellent work ethic, you must be able to accept direction and take responsibility for all tasks assigned to you . You should be experienced at managing your own workload and be able to prioritise tasks accordingly.

Hours of work: 28 hours per week

Salary: £14.48 per hour
