Rockbourne have been retained by a leading London-based real estate asset and development management firm to appoint a Senior Analyst to their high-performing team.
This is a unique opportunity to join one of London’s most respected real estate platforms and most active developers.
Working alongside an experienced and collaborative team, you will take ownership of core analytical and reporting processes across a prestigious and growing portfolio, supporting major investment, asset management, and development decisions.

The role itself:
Strategic Analysis & Reporting:
- Maintain and own the quarterly tenancy schedule – the cornerstone of portfolio decisions.
- Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process across the portfolio: 10-year forecasts, full P&Ls, NOI, rents, valuations, and capex.
- Coordinate quarterly reporting, annual valuations, returns analysis, and warning reports alongside the wider team.
- Deliver data-driven insights that help shape strategy, not just reporting outputs.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Daily interaction with Development and Asset Management teams to support deal-level appraisals and business planning.
- Ensure consistency between analytical models and financial reporting.
- Support Investment Committee materials and major transaction decisions.
Process & Efficiency:
- Improve the integrity, accuracy and efficiency of all data management processes.
- Continually evolve and refine reporting tools and models to meet business needs.
- Help solidify the business function into a “centre of excellence” for decision support.
About you:
- Experience in a financial analysis or strategic reporting role – could come from accountancy, corporate finance, private equity or real estate.
- Advanced Excel modelling skills with experience managing complex, dynamic models.
- Strong communicator – able to distil complex data and deliver clear insights.
- Confident using PowerPoint to produce board-ready materials.
- Highly detail-oriented, with a “zero errors” mindset.
- Comfortable working independently in a high-accountability environment.
- Exposure to commercial real estate, Argus Developer, PowerBI or SQL is a bonus – but not essential.
