Alongside a strategic senior hire, Rockbourne is also working with this business, as it continues to scale, to appoint an Investment Analyst into its London-based team.
The Why? They have built a 1,600-home pipeline from scratch with a lean team and are now adding an Investment Analyst to work directly with the founders on live transactions and platform growth. It is a genuinely entrepreneurial environment with high ownership, minimal hierarchy and real responsibility from day one.
With momentum building and capital to deploy, the platform is scaling its investment team across both senior transaction execution and analytical capability. This Analyst hire will play a critical role in supporting current and future transactions as the platform continues to institutionalise and grow.
