We are delighted to be partnering with a well-established and entrepreneurial investment and asset management business to appoint an Asset Manager to join their growing London team.
With over £0.5bn AUM across a diverse portfolio of office, retail, leisure, and mixed-use assets, and a new fund launching in 2025, our client is firmly in growth mode.
This role represents an opportunity to play a key part in managing, optimising, and shaping a high-quality UK portfolio while working closely with the firm’s partners and senior leadership.The
Role:
This is a pivotal position in a small, high-performing team where you will take full ownership of a portfolio of assets from day one. You will deliver on asset-level business plans, drive leasing and refurbishment initiatives, manage agents and stakeholders, and help ensure our client continues to outperform across its UK holdings.
Every day will be different, from analysing new opportunities, leading tenant discussions, overseeing refurbishment works, and reporting to investors, to collaborating with the founders and AM team on strategy, performance, and portfolio improvements.
You will also be a visible ambassador for the firm, engaging directly with investors, lenders, and advisors while helping to uphold the professionalism and quality that our client is known for.

What do you need to bring?
- Proven commercial asset management experience across leasing, rent reviews, landlord and tenant, refurbishments, and stakeholder management.
- Strong financial and analytical skills, including Excel proficiency to interpret and update business plan models.
- MRICS qualification preferred, typically three to eight years PQE.
- Rounded exposure across office, retail, and leisure sectors.
- Excellent written and verbal communication with investors and advisers.
- Energy, resilience, and a genuine team-first mindset with no job too small.
- Ambition directed toward ownership and delivery, not hierarchy. Someone who takes pride in results and long-term growth.
