Location: London Hybrid: 3 to 4 times in person per month Salary: £60,000 to £75,000 We are looking for an experienced Data Coach to join our training team at Rockborne. This is a varied role combining technical training, content development and client-facing work across both our internal consultant cohorts and external client programmes. You will play a key role in developing our consultants through high-quality technical training, while also working directly with clients to understand their needs, design tailored learning programmes and deliver bespoke Data, Analytics and AI training. There will also be opportunities to support wider client projects and work with our commercial team to provide technical input into client briefs and potential solutions. This position will suit someone who combines strong technical knowledge with confident training and client-facing skills, and who enjoys the variety of moving between teaching, content creation, stakeholder engagement and commercial support.
