What you’ll be doing:
- Technology & Business Analysis: Conduct structured assessments of client IT environments, identifying inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities for improvement. Work closely with Consultants, Senior Consultants, and Project Implementation Engineers to align client needs with appropriate technology solutions. Assist the Onboarding Team in ensuring a smooth transition for new clients by reviewing their IT infrastructure and recommending improvements. Analyse client data to diagnose IT challenges and propose actionable, technology-led solutions that align with business goals.
- Project Delivery & Implementation Support: Assist in the execution of IT transformation projects, working with the delivery team to implement new technologies, streamline processes, and improve efficiencies. Support the management of project timelines, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. Ensure all implementations meet industry best practices, compliance standards, and client expectations.
- Communication & Stakeholder Management: Provide clear, professional updates on project progress, ensuring clients receive timely and transparent communication. Deliver structured updates to the Head of Delivery and Senior Management on project performance, risks, and financial targets. Work closely with the Delivery, Account Management and Service Support Teams to ensure seamless project execution and continuous service improvement.
- Reporting & Documentation: Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date project documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for stakeholders. Produce detailed reports on technology performance, business impact, and transformation progress. Maintain up-to-date documentation on IT architectures, strategic plans, and operational workflows. Provide structured updates to senior management on project progress, risks, and opportunities.
What you need to succeed:
- Experience: A degree (or near completion) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cyber Security, Information Systems, or a related discipline OR equivalent hands-on experience. Commercial IT experience is not essential, but any of the following are advantageous: Internship, placement year, graduate scheme, or part-time IT role. University projects involving infrastructure, systems analysis, cloud, or security. Exposure to customer-facing or team-based project work. An interest in IT consultancy, project delivery, or digital transformation within a Managed Service Provider (MSP) or professional services environment.
- Foundational understanding of IT concepts: Windows operating systems, networking basics, cloud fundamentals, and security principles. Common business applications and IT infrastructure components.
- Skills: Strong analytical thinking with the ability to break down problems and ask the right questions. Willingness and ability to learn quickly, absorb feedback, and develop technical and consulting skills. Good organisational skills with the ability to manage tasks, priorities, and deadlines with support. High attention to detail, particularly in documentation and reporting. Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable working as part of a team and collaborating with more experienced colleagues. Full UK driving licence (or working towards one).

Communicating clearly with internal teams and escalating risks or issues appropriately. Taking ownership of learning and development, actively improving with feedback. Contributing positively to team culture, collaboration, and client experience.
Your Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) - What success looks like:
- Achieve or exceed your assigned monthly consulting sales target through both new business opportunities and the expansion of existing client engagements.
- Deliver all assigned consulting engagements and projects to a high standard, consistently contributing to the team’s delivery forecast.
- Uphold delivery excellence by ensuring complaint levels remain aligned with ISO standards, with no more than one complaint per nine engagements or projects where you are a named contributor.
- Maintain full responsibility for financial outcomes by ensuring no financial losses occur on any engagements or projects where you are a named contributor.
- Demonstrate complete ownership of every project and engagement, with thorough and accurate documentation maintained throughout and all records updated within one business day of completion.
- Complete accurate weekly timesheets, ensuring a minimum of 40 hours is logged each week to reflect your delivery and consulting contributions.
- Maintain a strong delivery reputation by ensuring at least 90% of client feedback from completed projects or engagements is positive, based on responses received where you are a named contributor.
