We’re looking for skilled and compassionate Behavioral Health Technicians (BHT) to join our crisis services team. BHTs play a hands‑on role in providing quality care and support to individuals in short‑term residential mental health crisis. If you are dependable, caring, and thrive in a team‑focused, fast‑paced environment, we want to meet you!
Key Duties:- Provide individualized care that protects consumer rights, dignity, and wellness
- Support daily living skills and deliver medications per policy
- Assist with admissions, consumer orientation, and supervision
- Monitor and report changes in consumer behavior and condition
- Ensure a clean, safe, and homelike environment
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation and follow safety protocols
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to support care plans
- Escort consumers to appointments and assist with daily routines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic reading, writing, math, and computer skills
- Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or caregiving preferred
- Must pass a caregiver background check, pre‑employment physical, TB test, and drug screening
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to complete required CBRF trainings
- Must be able to bend, stoop, sit, stand, and lift items up to 50 lbs
