We’re looking for skilled and compassionate Behavioral Health Technicians (BHT) to join our crisis services team. BHTs play a hands‑on role in providing quality care and support to individuals in short‑term residential mental health crisis. If you are dependable, caring, and thrive in a team‑focused, fast‑paced environment, we want to meet you!

Key Duties:
  • Provide individualized care that protects consumer rights, dignity, and wellness
  • Support daily living skills and deliver medications per policy
  • Assist with admissions, consumer orientation, and supervision
  • Monitor and report changes in consumer behavior and condition
  • Ensure a clean, safe, and homelike environment
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation and follow safety protocols
  • Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to support care plans
  • Escort consumers to appointments and assist with daily routines
Qualifications:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic reading, writing, math, and computer skills
  • Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or caregiving preferred
  • Must pass a caregiver background check, pre‑employment physical, TB test, and drug screening
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Ability to complete required CBRF trainings
Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to bend, stoop, sit, stand, and lift items up to 50 lbs
  • Reasonable accommodations available for qualified individuals
