Schedule: Full-Time | Status: Non-Exempt
Make a meaningful impact—support individuals in crisis and be a calming presence when it matters most. Harpers Place is seeking compassionate and highly motivated Case Managers to join our team. In this role, you will help provide short-term residential stabilization services to individuals experiencing mental health crises. You’ll conduct intakes, support crisis response planning, facilitate groups, administer medication, and collaborate with our clinical team to help consumers take their next steps forward.
Key Duties:
- Support individualized crisis stabilization response and service planning
- Facilitate daily individual and group sessions (non-therapeutic)
- Document behaviors, interventions, and progress within 24 hours
- Coordinate care and communicate updates with internal clinical team
- Participate in staffings and professional development sessions
- Maintain compassionate, professional relationships with clients and team
- Maintain a minimum billing rate of 66% through timely and accurate documentation
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in mental health, human services, or related field preferred
- CNA certification may be considered with relevant experience
- Experience working with adults in crisis or with co-occurring disorders
- Familiarity with trauma-informed care and recovery-based practices
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to sit, walk, and occasionally lift up to 25lbs
- Reasonable accommodations available for qualified individuals
Other Requirements:
- Successfully pass a Federal Background Check and State Caregiver Background Check.
- Complete a pre-employment physical, drug test, and TB test.
- Successfully complete all CBRF, DHS 34 & 83 trainings.
Note: All pre-employment and training requirements are paid for by RVCP.
