These integrations focus on back-office systems, such as authentication, authorisation, shared identity, billing, and entitlement services, along with apps deployed on affiliate-owned equipment (set-top boxes, or STBs). These integrations enable our partners to sell or bundle our services to their customers and allow those customers seamless access across our experiences.

Your work and approach are exemplary: you drive best practices and set standards for your team. You are a key contributor to your organisation and the company's strategy relating to go-to-market partner relationships. You show good judgement, making trade-offs between immediate and long-term business needs. You are a collaborative partner who makes stakeholders and team members more productive. You are recognised as a leader, mentor others, and have a proven track record of building strategic relationships with external partners.

  • Works closely with partner teams to thoroughly explain functionality and field all questions quickly and effectively.
  • Evaluates partners' designs and plans to identify and resolve issues prior to implementation.
  • Identifies and defines requirements unique to partner integrations or devices, and drives technical negotiation and alignment with partners.
  • Drives partners to adapt to our standard integration architecture, deciding on a bespoke integration only when standard integration is not achievable.
  • Works with both internal and external partner engineering teams as necessary, and serves as the subject matter expert (SME) for each integration owned.
  • Represents the voice of partners, taking a data-driven approach to surface key partner insights and using them to improve our integration experience.
  • During the integration, partners with our Ops team to verify testing and assists in resolving any identified issues.
  • Ensures partners stay within the defined strategy of the Partner Integration Program.
  • If a partner is identified for bespoke work, collaborates with Product Management, Engineering, Program Management, and other relevant teams to implement solutions.

Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with a background in technical production, program management, engineering, architecture, or a similar technical discipline.

  • You balance technical depth, product knowledge, business understanding, and organisational and communication skills to ensure the right decisions are made whenever and wherever you're involved, backed by a demonstrated track record.
  • You understand back-office systems such as authentication, authorisation, identity management, billing, and entitlements, and have demonstrated the ability to deliver projects in these areas.
  • You understand affiliate equipment, including set-top boxes, and know how to work with partners to integrate our app onto that equipment and that equipment into our broader framework.
  • You are an effective communicator across all levels and disciplines — from Engineering to Marketing/Distribution to Executive Leadership — and communicate effectively both internally and with external Affiliates and Partners in those same disciplines.
  • You effectively manage multiple stakeholders and projects across various stages of implementation.
  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects across multiple product and technology teams around the world.
  • Communicate clearly, analyse technical designs, organise project timelines, secure commitments, manage risks, identify critical paths, spot edge cases, triage bugs, review metrics and data, and monitor launch operations for large software projects.
  • You use data to assess the success of what you've launched.
