Rocksteady Studios is looking to add to its family of permanent staff. We are looking for an exceptionally talented Senior Gameplay Programmer who is ready for the challenge of producing a AAA title.This role involves working on core gameplay systems including combat and enemy AI, writing code to implement gameplay features to a high quality, and providing creative solutions to challenging problems.Key ResponsibilitiesDriving and implementing new core gameplay features through all stages of production: design, scheduling, implementation and polish.Working closely with team members from all disciplines, communicating technical concepts and requirements in a way that facilitates smooth workflow and keeps people informed of both risks and opportunities.Technical RequirementsAdvanced understanding of C++.An advanced understanding of the main gaming platforms and the requirements needed to develop software for them.Unreal Engine experience an advantage.Skill RequirementsExperience working on and shipping at least one AAA video game title.A good understanding of game technology principles.An avid enthusiast for games on all platforms.Hybrid Working - This role is advertised as a Hybrid work model, that combines remote and in-office work, following our current company policy and to be agreed with your Line Manager.
