Role Description

We are looking for experienced and proactive Security Supervisors to join our team. You will play a key role in delivering safe, well-managed events, supervising teams of stewards and SIA licensed staff, and ensuring our operations run smoothly from start to finish. This is a hands on leadership position that requires strong communication skills, the ability to make quick decisions under pressure, and a commitment to providing excellent service for clients, venues, and the public.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate teams of stewards and security staff during live events.
  • Act as the on-site point of contact for clients, venue management, and Rock Steady Operations Team.
  • Support the implementation of event security plans, including ingress, egress, and emergency procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety and industry standards.
  • Lead briefings, allocate roles, and monitor staff performance throughout the event.
  • Complete post-event reports and feedback to management.
