Rock Solid Processing Ltd are market leaders in the recovery and recycling of metals and aggregates produced from Waste to Energy Plant Incinerator Bottom Ash (IBA) throughout Europe.

Hand Picker required full time at our Clyst St Mary Exeter site.
As a Hand Picker, you work within the Installation team, who as part of our production process sort the different metals and keep the installation clean and maintained.
Duties include:
- Being able to work within a team oriented environment
- To have a practical mindset and strong work ethic
- To be motivated and willing to learn
- Sorting various minerals/raw materials such as aluminium, stainless steel and copper
- Cleaning spills on and around the installation
- Able to monitor the production process and in the event of a malfunction or obstruction, inform the team leader
- Help clean and maintain the installation as required during the day and at the end of production
- To be flexible, multi-skilled, able to work alongside colleagues and share tasks
- Able to report malfunctions or unsafe situations to the team leader
- Comply with set Health and Safety Regulations
This role would suit someone who enjoys an industrial or outdoor environment, has a practical and mechanical mindset and team skills. Full training provided. Own transport to site essential.
