Rock Solid Processing Ltd are market leaders in the recovery and recycling of metals and aggregates produced from Waste to Energy Plant Incinerator Bottom Ash (IBA) throughout Europe.
We require an Installation Operative for our Clyst St Mary Exeter site on a full-time basis. As an Installation Operative, you will work within the Installation team, who as part of our production process sort the different metals and keep the installation clean and maintained.
Duties Include:
- Being able to work within a team-oriented environment
- Having a practical mindset and strong work ethic
- Being motivated and willing to learn
- Sorting various minerals/raw materials such as aluminium, stainless steel and copper
- Cleaning spills on and around the installation
- Monitoring the production process and informing the team leader in the event of a malfunction or obstruction
- Helping clean and maintain the installation as required during the day and at the end of production
- Being flexible, multi-skilled, able to work alongside colleagues and share tasks
- Being available to work at our other sites as/when required
- Reporting malfunctions or unsafe situations to the team leader
- Complying with set Health and Safety Regulations

Salary: £31,724 plus bonus - currently set at £3,220 pa* based on 48 hour week
Hours: Full time Monday - Friday (occasional Saturday)
