We are seeking an energetic, organised, and customer-focused team member to join our growing Water Efficiency team.
This hands-on role involves visiting customers’ homes to install water-saving devices, resolve minor internal leaks, and provide tailored advice on reducing water use.
The ideal candidate will have a proactive, can-do attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage their own workload to meet installation and service targets.
You’ll play a key role in helping households save water, improve efficiency, and reduce waste — all while delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Areas of Responsibility- Water Saving Device Installation (light-touch)
- Leak Detection & Minor Repairs
- Customer Engagement Advice
- Home Water MOTs
- Project Delivery and Target Achievement
- Health, Safety & Compliance
- Install light-touch water-saving devices in customers’ homes
- Identify and repair minor leaks within your training remit
- Carry out Home Water MOTs, including meter readings, flow rate tests, and leak checks
- Provide tailored water efficiency and behavioural change advice to customers
- Manage daily appointments using the project CRM system and ensure timely, high-quality completion of work
- Maintain accurate stock levels and follow all Health & Safety guidelines
- Collaborate with the Plumbing Supervisor and wider project team to achieve targets
