Responsibilities:
- Working on district/communal heating systems within the properties
- Radiator and cylinder upgrades and installs
- TRVs/lockshields
- Diagnosing heating and hot water issues
- 2 ports and 3 ports
- Isolating properties to carry out works
Requirements:
- Full UK Driving License
- Level 2 Plumbing Qualification
- Experience in a similar xgikmsk role
- Experience within social housing (desirable)
