About the Business
We are a growing, family-owned heating, compliance and renewable energy contractor operating across central England. Working with local authorities, housing providers, care organisations and private landlords, we have experienced significant growth and are now entering the next phase of our expansion.
The Role
This is a senior leadership position with responsibility for driving the commercial growth of the business. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will lead business development, tendering, client engagement and market expansion. You will be responsible for protecting existing revenue, winning new contracts, developing new service lines and increasing market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the business growth strategy and commercial pipeline.
- Secure and retain major public sector contracts.
- Oversee tendering, frameworks and bid performance.
- Develop new sectors including healthcare, education and care.
- Support the launch and growth of electrical and renewable energy services.
- Build and lead a high-performing business development and bid team.

- £50,000–£65,000 basic salary.
