We are currently recruiting experienced Multi Traders to join a growing property maintenance contractor delivering repairs and maintenance works across residential properties throughout London.
This is an excellent opportunity for reliable tradespeople looking for long-term, consistent work with a well-established contractor.
The Role
You'll be carrying out a variety of reactive and planned maintenance works within occupied and void residential properties.
You should be confident working independently and delivering high-quality workmanship across multiple trades.
- Typical Duties
- General carpentry repairs
- Basic plumbing repairs
- Patch plastering and making good
- Tiling repairs
- Painting and decorating
- Kitchen and bathroom maintenance
- Door, lock and window repairs
- Flooring and other general maintenance tasks
Requirements
- Proven experience working as a Multi Trader or Multi-Skilled Operative
- Stro skills with experience across additional trades
- Experience within social housing, residential maintenance or property repairs
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Own van and tools
- CSCS card (preferred)
- Ability to work independently and provide excellent customer service
