About the Role
We are looking for experienced HVAC Service Engineers to join our growing team, supporting leading restaurant and hospitality chains across the UK.
This is a nationwide mobile role, providing planned and reactive HVAC maintenance, servicing, fault finding and repair across a range of commercial sites.
The successful candidate will be customer-focused, technically competent and comfortable working independently while travelling to different locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out planned and reactive HVAC servicing and maintenance.
- Diagnose and repair HVAC and air conditioning faults efficiently.
- Undertake detailed fault finding and identify the root cause of issues.
- Attend customer sites nationwide and provide a professional service.
- Complete service reports and relevant job documentation accurately.
- Ensure all work is completed safely and to a high standard.
- Liaise professionally with customers and site teams.
- Participate in the company's on-call rota and respond to emergency breakdowns when required.
- Maintain company tools, equipment and vehicle to a high standard.
About You
We are looking for an experienced HVAC engineer who has
- Proven experience working as an HVAC Service Engineer.
- Strong fault finding and diagnostic skills.
- Experience working in commercial environments; hospitality or restaurant experience would be advantageous.
- The ability to work independently and manage a mobile workload.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- A flexible approach to working hours and willingness to participate in an on-call rota.
- A full UK driving licence β essential.
- A professional, reliable and proactive approach to work.
