HVAC Service Engineer

Location: London Employment Type: Full-Time On-Call: Yes, participation in an on-call rota required

About the Role

We are looking for experienced HVAC Service Engineers to join our growing team, supporting leading restaurant and hospitality chains across the UK.

This is a nationwide mobile role, providing planned and reactive HVAC maintenance, servicing, fault finding and repair across a range of commercial sites.

The successful candidate will be customer-focused, technically competent and comfortable working independently while travelling to different locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out planned and reactive HVAC servicing and maintenance.
  • Diagnose and repair HVAC and air conditioning faults efficiently.
  • Undertake detailed fault finding and identify the root cause of issues.
  • Attend customer sites nationwide and provide a professional service.
  • Complete service reports and relevant job documentation accurately.
  • Ensure all work is completed safely and to a high standard.
  • Liaise professionally with customers and site teams.
  • Participate in the company's on-call rota and respond to emergency breakdowns when required.
  • Maintain company tools, equipment and vehicle to a high standard.

About You

We are looking for an experienced HVAC engineer who has

  • Proven experience working as an HVAC Service Engineer.
  • Strong fault finding and diagnostic skills.
  • Experience working in commercial environments; hospitality or restaurant experience would be advantageous.
  • The ability to work independently and manage a mobile workload.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • A flexible approach to working hours and willingness to participate in an on-call rota.
  • A full UK driving licence – essential.
  • A professional, reliable and proactive approach to work.
