We are looking for an experienced Commercial Plumber / Pipefitter to join a growing M&E team covering London and the Home Counties. This is a hands-on role working across commercial properties, with a strong focus on plantrooms, plumbing systems and mechanical installations.

The Role

  • Replacement of commercial boilers
  • Plantroom upgrades and modifications
  • Hot and cold water service upgrades
  • Replacing water heaters
  • Pipework installation and alterations
  • Diagnosing and fixing leaks
  • General commercial plumbing and pipefitting
  • Planned maintenance and project-based installations
  • Working safely and efficiently across commercial sites

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Commercial Plumber / Pipefitter
  • NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Plumbing
  • G3 Unvented Hot Water qualification – essential
  • Strong knowledge of commercial plumbing and pipework systems
  • Experience working within plantrooms
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Relevant commercial plumbing experience
