We are looking for an experienced Commercial Plumber / Pipefitter to join a growing M&E team covering London and the Home Counties. This is a hands-on role working across commercial properties, with a strong focus on plantrooms, plumbing systems and mechanical installations.
The Role
- Replacement of commercial boilers
- Plantroom upgrades and modifications
- Hot and cold water service upgrades
- Replacing water heaters
- Pipework installation and alterations
- Diagnosing and fixing leaks
- General commercial plumbing and pipefitting
- Planned maintenance and project-based installations
- Working safely and efficiently across commercial sites
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Commercial Plumber / Pipefitter
- NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Plumbing
- G3 Unvented Hot Water qualification – essential
- Strong knowledge of commercial plumbing and pipework systems
- Experience working within plantrooms
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Full UK driving licence
- Relevant commercial plumbing experience
