Job Type: Subcontract (Day Rate) w/ Company Van

Position Overview: As a Maintenance Plumber, you will be responsible for executing plumbing tasks on various projects. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the field and hold a Level 2 NVQ qualification in plumbing or higher.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform maintenance plumbing tasks including minor repairs and leaks, according to project specifications and industry standards.
  • Complete first and second fix plumbing tasks such as installing fixtures, appliances, and fittings to finalize the plumbing system.
  • Installing toilets, radiators, basins, towel rails etc.

Requirements:

  • Level 2 NVQ qualification in plumbing or higher.
  • Proficient knowledge of plumbing systems, materials, and techniques.
  • Clean driver's licence.
