An experienced Area Manager is required to oversee gas servicing and compliance contracts within the social housing sector across London. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage gas install programmes and maintain 100% compliance
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients and attend contract meetings
  • Oversee customer service, including complaint resolution
  • Manage invoicing, chargeable works, and contract performance
  • Support recruitment, probation management, and employee relations
  • Monitor fleet standards, parts usage, and procurement processes

Requirements:

  • Qualified Domestic Gas Engineer with current ACS
  • Previous Area Manager experience (social housing or construction preferred)
  • Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Outlook & Excel)
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
