Key Responsibilities- Manage gas servicing programmes and maintain 100% compliance
- Act as the main point of contact for clients and attend contract meetings
- Oversee customer service, including complaint resolution
- Manage invoicing, chargeable works, and contract performance
- Support recruitment, probation management, and employee relations
- Monitor fleet standards, parts usage, and procurement processes
- Qualified Domestic Gas Engineer with current ACS
