We are expanding into social housing and public sector contracts and need an experienced Contracts & Bid Manager to lead this division. The role centres on tendering, contract management, and business development.

Main Responsibilities

  • Identify and manage social housing/public sector tenders.
  • Write high-quality, compliant bids and oversee submissions.
  • Build relationships with councils, housing associations, and procurement teams.
  • Negotiate contract terms and ensure commercial viability.

  • Proven tender success in social housing, public sector, or M&E.
  • Strong procurement and contract management knowledge.
  • Excellent writing, organisation, and communication skills.
