We are expanding into social housing and public sector contracts and need an experienced Contracts & Bid Manager to lead this division. The role centres on tendering, contract management, and business development.
Main Responsibilities
- Identify and manage social housing/public sector tenders.
- Write high-quality, compliant bids and oversee submissions.
- Build relationships with councils, housing associations, and procurement teams.
- Negotiate contract terms and ensure commercial viability.
