Out of Hours Business Travel Consultant This large Travel Group are looking for experienced Business Travel Consultants to join them in the role of an Out of Hours Travel Consultant role. Out of Hours Business Travel Consultant – What will I be doing? The 24/7 Travel Consultant role is a customer focused position coordinating the accurate, timely and qualitative provision of a fully comprehensive travel service 24/7. You will be delivering provision of travel services outside of core office hours including weekends and bank holidays. You will provide support to travellers in urgent or emergency travel situations. Coordinate and book all travel reservations for any customer by email, telephone, or technology products used by customers. Complete handovers to ensure a seamless customer experience. Action the Emergency Response Procedure when critical travel incidents occur. Out of Hours Business Travel Consultant – What experience do I need? A proven track record of working as a Business Travel Consultant with a wide range of business travel customers is essential You will be proficient in either Amadeus, Galileo or Sabre Out of Hours Business Travel Consultant – What else do I need to know? This is a remote working role and comprises 33 hours a week across a variety of shifts to include weekends evenings and daytimes.
