We are looking for a qualified Electrician to support works across social housing and local authority contracts, delivering high-quality electrical installations, testing, and repairs. This is a hands-on, site-based role where you will play a key part in ensuring properties are safe, compliant, and maintained to the highest standards. You will work across both domestic and commercial environments, carrying out inspections, fault finding, and remedial works.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Carrying out EICRs (Electrical Installation Condition Reports) and issuing certification
- Completing remedial works to ensure compliance with current regulations
- Diagnosing and resolving electrical faults efficiently
- Installing and maintaining smoke alarms
- Carrying out consumer unit (CCU) upgrades
- Ensuring all work complies with BS7671 regulations
- Delivering excellent customer service when working in occupied properties
Working Environment:
This is a field-based role, working across multiple sites within social housing and local authority settings.
