About You
The Site Engineer role at Rock Maintenance Ltd is a full-time position. RML has its head office in Rochford, Essex, with most of the site work carried out in London.
The Site Engineer will have a varied range of duties, including installation, refurbishment, and maintenance of aluminium systems, glazing, cladding, and related façade components.
Responsibilities include conducting site surveys, preparing technical reports, coordinating with project managers and specialist teams, and ensuring that work is completed in line with design specifications, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
The role involves monitoring quality control on all installations, identifying and resolving on-site technical issues, and liaising with clients, suppliers, and other contractors to maintain clear communication and smooth project delivery.
The Site Engineer produces digital reports with photographic evidence to assist in build quotes for remedial works, replacement parts and scope of works required at sites.
