We’re on the lookout for an amazing Digital Marketing Specialist to help us on our next phase of growth on D2C! This role will play a key part in scaling our male skincare and deodorant brand by managing digital campaigns.
The ideal candidate understands DTC e-commerce, performance marketing, and how to communicate effectively with a male demographic seeking simple, high-quality products.
What you’ll do…
- Paid Media
- Execute, set up and optimise paid media campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, and other channels to drive sales and improve customer acquisition.
- Manage daily pacing of budget, KPI performance for ROAS, CTR, traffic to the site.
- Develop A/B tests for ad creatives, landing pages, and product messaging tailored to male toiletries needs.
- Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and market testing.
- Create compelling ad copy and brief creative assets.
- Monitor and report on conversion metrics, user experience improvements.
- Collaborate with sales/product teams to align marketing funnel with business objectives.
- Stay current with platform updates, industry trends, and best practices.
- CRM
- Manage our external CRM specialist to ensure campaigns cadence and flows meet business goals and CLTV goals are met.
- Support with growth of loyalty scheme, from launch to optimisation.
- Analytics & Reporting
- Track campaign performance across all digital channels using GA4, Shopify analytics, and ad platform dashboards.
- Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and optimisations.
- Maintain consistent tracking through UTM parameters, pixels, and improved attribution.
What we’re looking for…
- Required Qualifications
- 2–3 years of digital marketing experience, ideally in DTC e-commerce or personal care.
- Hands‑on experience with Meta Business Manager, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, and GA4.
- Knowledge of Klaviyo, email automation, and customer lifecycle marketing.
- Strong analytical mindset.
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills tailored to male grooming consumers.
