Rock Face is one of the fastest-growing men’s toiletries brands in the UK, known for bold and disruptive marketing. Our products are designed with the same fragrance house as Armani, delivering aftershave-quality scent across everyday essentials. We’re the first men’s brand to launch a refillable proposition, combining performance, premium fragrance, and recyclable packaging. Rock Face exists to elevate men, encouraging them to do 1% better every day through small, considered choices.
Historically, the brand has been more ‘brand marketing’ focused, activating mainly on TV and OOH (billboards). The brand has big D2C ambitions and is investing in creating a content engine. Our goal is to behave more like an entertainment business than an FMCG brand. To accelerate growth, we are building out a high-functioning marketing team split into brand marketing and growth marketing (marketing associated with online).
We are looking for someone in the early stages of their marketing career who wants to work in a fast-paced and ambitious marketing environment. You will get exposure to both traditional forms of marketing—shaping brand partnerships and sampling activation—and newer forms of marketing—content production and influencer/affiliate management. If successful, you will join a team with experience working for the best FMCG businesses. You should be happy to throw yourself into everything, from sampling at events to doing cold reach outs to brands.
- Junior in FMCG marketing or events.
- Confident in collaborating with agencies, influencers, and external brands.
- Able to attend the Clapham Junction office 3 days a week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Brand partnerships: Identify the brands that Rock Face should create partnerships with based on our customers' interests and where they spend their time.
- Content production: Support in the filming of content for social media or TikTok lives.
- Influencers/affiliates: Support in reaching out to influencers/affiliates and provide direction on how you want them to film their content.
Be part of a high-growth FMCG scale-up with real momentum. Play a critical role in how we show up and drive the fame of our brand.
Benefits include:
- 35 days holidays including Bank Holidays.
- Flexible working - core working hours 10-4pm.
- Access to our Clapham Junction office where we would like you in a minimum of 3 days per week.
- Private medical care.
