About the Role

Due to continued growth, we are excited to be recruiting for this brand new role of Learning and Development Manager to join Team Rock.

Reporting directly into the Head of HR, this role is perfect for an experienced L&D Manager who is looking for a position that they can shape and truly take ownership of. We are a fast-paced organisation with substantial growth plans over the next 18 months, so you will play a critical role in supporting our goals and enhancing colleague competence in all areas of the business. You will be home based with regular travel across the country as necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a standardised training framework for all areas of the business, ensuring its alignment with the Company strategy and needs
  • Oversee the design, delivery and evaluation of all training
  • Ensure regulatory and audit compliance related to training and competence
  • Work effectively with key stakeholders across all areas of the business
  • Develop career pathways for all of Team Rock
  • Liaise with Line Managers to ensure all training needs are met within their teams
  • Be the primary point of contact for all internal and external training needs within the business

Pay range and compensation package

  • Salary Up To £55k per annum
