Role Overview:
The Contract Support Coordinator role is responsible for providing specialist administrative, systems, schematic and contract management support across the Environmental Division.
Reporting to the Team Leader, the role supports the setup, maintenance, and optimisation of customer contracts, internal systems, schematics, and operational databases to ensure the smooth delivery of services across the business. The coordinator also supports accurate, professional, and compliant schematic documentation to support operational delivery and client requirements.

Duties and Responisbilities:
- Create, maintain, and update accurate schematic drawings and documentation in line with company, client, and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure all schematic information, records, version control, and associated documentation are accurate, organised, and maintained within agreed timescales.
- Support the administration, setup, mobilisation, and ongoing management of customer contracts, accounts, assets, and operational records across company systems.
- Maintain the integrity, accuracy, and quality of customer, contract, operational, and system data across all business platforms.
- Provide responsive support to customers and internal stakeholders, managing enquiries, resolving issues, escalating where appropriate, and ensuring high levels of customer service.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with customers, Account Managers, Risk Assessors, Business Development Managers, Operations teams, and other internal stakeholders.
- Support Account Managers and operational teams by providing accurate customer, contract, system, and performance information.
- Coordinate and communicate information, updates, system changes, and customer requirements effectively to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.
- Act as a knowledgeable point of contact for system, process, and schematic-related queries, providing guidance and support where required.
- Support onboarding and user training activities, including the development of training materials, user guides, and best-practice system usage.
- Contribute to customer retention, commercial growth, cross-selling opportunities, and business performance through effective customer, contract, and account support. Support the maintenance, development, and effective utilisation of EPIC and other business systems to improve operational efficiency and data quality.
- Identify recurring issues, risks, or process inefficiencies and recommend practical improvements to enhance quality, consistency, and business performance.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives, business change projects, system enhancements, and process development activities.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across departments to achieve customer, operational, and business objectives.
- Maintain professional standards, confidentiality, and accurate records at all times.
- Take personal responsibility for health, safety, quality, and environmental compliance, adhering to company policies, procedures, and industry requirements.
- Identify, report, and escalate hazards, risks, incidents, and near misses in accordance with company procedures.
- Promote a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence across the business.
- Provide general administrative and operational support as required to support wider business objectives.
