Contract Executive (Fully Remote)

Job Purpose

To facilitate a smooth transition of work from quote to invoice, while completing NCRs across the business on a timely manner whilst supporting the management team with responsibility for administration.

This role is an initial 6 month FTC, with a strong possibility of developing to a Permanent position.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

Account administration

  • Creating and constant review of Client Performance Review document.
  • Creating of quotes within Epic to defined parameters per client.
  • Creating of orders and LATs within Epic for accepted quotes.
  • Assist in production of reports as required.
  • Maintain the office in a manner that is presentable to customers and clients
  • Ad hoc works as required

Liaison with clients

  • Consistent frontline customer contact via telephone and email
  • Where necessary supports clients by answering inquiries and ensures clients are kept up to date on progress
  • Ensures all enquiries from clients are accurately passed to relevant individual
  • Present information to clients on a regular basis regarding performance

Communication

  • Build strong relationships with Contract Managers working closely on retention, upselling and cross selling of clients
  • Build good relationships with all teams within the department
  • Ensures timely and accurate relay of messages to relevant individuals

Safety

  • Promote and communicate standards/information to colleagues and team members.
  • Take responsibility for your own health and safety and adhere to all the
  • Company health and safety procedures and policies.
  • Identify and escalate any hazards, near misses in line with the Company’s reporting procedures.

Commercial

  • Timely process of cash management from quote to invoice.
  • Minimising debt greater than 30 days.
  • Reporting of sales and other applicable figures.
  • Creating and liaising with clients to drive performance in Rock and the commercials of the Clients.
  • Review processes to drive efficiencies within Rock.
  • Ensuring end to end workflow continues in regulated way to improve performance.

Operational Optimisation

  • Recommend improvements to working practices
  • Able to prioritise multiple and varied challenging situations
  • Able to work to deadlines and multitask
  • Willingness to help; assist other team members as required
