A Contract Services Coordinator is responsible for producing and maintaining accurate schematic drawings that support Legionella risk assessments and compliance activities. This role plays a key part in ensuring water system information is clearly documented, up to date, and aligned with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce and update schematic drawings of domestic hot and cold water systems.
- Interpret site survey information provided by Legionella Risk Assessors and translate this into clear, accurate schematics.
- Ensure drawings correctly represent pipework layouts, outlets, tanks, calorifiers, valves, and relevant control measures.
- Amend existing schematics to reflect remedial works or system changes.
- Maintain drawing records in line with company procedures and regulatory guidance (e.g. ACOP L8, HSG274).
- Work closely with Legionella Risk Assessors, regularly communicating to clarify technical details, resolve queries, and ensure accuracy of information.
