Customer And Venue Assistant in Nottingham

Do you love live music, enjoy helping people, and thrive in a busy environment? Rock City is looking for aCustomer & Venue Assistantto join our team and play a key role in supporting both our customers and our venue operations.

As the first point of contact for many of our customers, you'll help ensure every interaction with Rock City is positive and professional. From answering customer enquiries and managing lost property to supporting venue administration and assisting visitors, contractors and staff, you'll be an important part of keeping the venue running smoothly.

This role will be 25-30 hour a week working daytime hours.

What you'll be doing

• Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email.
• Helping customers and staff resolve day-to-day issues.
• Managing lost property and assisting with its return.
• Handling customer feedback and complaints.
• Supporting venue administration and paperwork.
• Assisting with deliveries, post and office supplies.
• Supporting contractors and visitors on site.
• Assisting with accident and incident administration.
• Helping organise staff events and celebrations.

• Previous customer service experience is desirable but not essential.
