Overview of Role: The Renewables Installation Engineer will be responsible for the installation of renewable energy heating and hot water systems to our clients’ properties.The role will also involve liaising directly with clients, assessing their specific requirements and providing bespoke solutions to meet their needs. The role will involve close collaboration with our engineering and customer service teams, making effective communication and teamwork vital. Key Responsibilities: Diagnosing & repairing faults within renewable energy central heating and hot water systems across the region. Provide technical support and advice to customers and colleagues Ensuring high levels of customer care in dealing with clients and tenants to meet the required quality standards. Communicate updates and progress of work, completing the required paperwork electronically and manually. Ensure all Health and Safety requirements and legislation, including Risk Assessments, Safe Systems of Work and COSHH Records, are adhered to during your daily work.
