This is a full-time remote role for a Mobile HGV / LGV Technician covering the North East region. The Technician will be responsible for:
- Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing HGV and LGV vehicles
- Conducting preventive maintenance
- Providing roadside breakdown assistance
- Ensuring vehicles meet road safety and operational standards
- Liaising with customers to assess issues
- Maintaining accurate records of maintenance and repairs
Qualifications:
- Strong skills in Maintenance & Repair, Preventive Maintenance, and troubleshooting vehicle faults
- Excellent Customer Service and communication abilities to provide comprehensive support and updates to clients
- Experience in Training and developing skills related to HGV / LGV repair and maintenance
- Proven ability to work independently and remotely in a fast-paced environment
- Relevant certifications or qualifications in vehicle repair or mechanical engineering
- Possession of a valid driving license is essential
- Prior experience in HGV / LGV maintenance is preferred but not mandatory
