As a Physical Therapist – Rehab, your ability to design, plan and implement personalized physical therapy intervention greatly enhances patient function and overall quality of life.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Treatment & Planning: Meet patient goals and needs by providing quality, evidence-based care; assess, develop and implement an individualized treatment plan; help the patient accomplish treatment plan and accept therapeutic devices by administering manual exercises; instruct, encourage and assist patients in performing physical activities, such as non-manual exercises, ambulatory functional activities and daily-living activities.
- Discharge Management: Assure continuation of therapeutic plan following discharge by designing home exercise programs; instruct patients, families and caregivers in home exercise programs; recommend and provide assistive equipment; recommend outpatient or home health follow-up programs.
- Leadership: Develop physical therapy staff by providing information; develop and conduct in-service training programs.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
M - Medium Work - Exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects; Requires frequent walking, standing or squatting.
PAY RANGE $33.65 - $48.00
