Rochester Regional Health is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join the Dementia Unit in Clifton Springs, NY.
This part-time evening shift with 3:00pm-11:00pm hours and every other weekend offers hands-on patient care for long-term and post-acute residents.
You will supervise CNAs, ensure accurate documentation, administer medications per orders, and collaborate with the care team to support residents' daily needs and care plans.
NY LPN licensure and BLS are required.
