Key Responsibilities Plan and deliver high-quality, engaging Graphic Communication lessons to GCSE and A-level learners following the AQA specification. Facilitate a wide range of traditional and digital skills, including brand identity, packaging, illustration, and digital arts. Offer dynamic workshops and run extra-curricular clubs across year groups. Differentiate teaching to support individual student needs and provide constructive feedback. What We Are Looking For A degree in Graphic/Communication Design (Essential). Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop (Essential); knowledge of Procreate is a plus. Traditional art/design techniques (Essential). Teaching experience at A-level or higher is preferred, but industry experience is highly valued. A commitment to inclusivity, safeguarding and sustainability. Salary: £16,080 - £25,400 per annum (0.6 pro rata of £26,800 - £42,333 FTE), dependent on experience and qualifications.
