- Manage the day-to-day warehouse operation, ensuring the efficient receipt, storage and dispatch of customer goods.
- Lead, motivate and develop the warehouse team to achieve high standards of safety, productivity and customer service.
- Plan labour resources to meet operational demands while controlling labour costs and overtime.
- Monitor operational performance through KPIs and implement improvements to maximise efficiency and service levels.
- Ensure stock accuracy through effective inventory management, cycle counting and regular stock audits.
- Maintain accurate warehouse records using the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Ensure customer orders are completed accurately and within agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
- Build strong working relationships with customers, suppliers and internal departments to support operational excellence.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to improve warehouse processes and reduce waste.
