As an SWP/WFO Partner, you are a catalyst for a future-ready workforce. You will collaborate directly with business leaders and cross-functional partners to translate ambitious goals into actionable workforce strategies. This isn't a back-office role; you will be at the forefront, supporting SWP projects and while supporting the enablement and scaling of our frameworks to shape the Roche of tomorrow. The Opportunity
- You collaborate with the business, P&C, and cross-functional experts to translate priorities into workforce needs by leading or supporting work product teams.
- Advise the business and project teams on SWP products as a strategic partner.
- Partner on the end-to-end process from diagnosis to defining recommendations.
- Enable data-driven decisions & strategy development leveraging expertise on topics including future skills/capabilities identification, workforce AI/tech impact analysis, location strategies, and external workforce optimization.
- You contribute to the overall AoP vision and strategy, e.g. via AoP specific strategic initiatives, evolving WFO’s product portfolio and support to the WFO delivery.
- You co-create the strategic vision and roadmap for SWP product enablement/training & scaling within Roche, ensuring alignment across the product portfolio to optimize value. This role comprises upwards of 30% capacity dedicated to these activities.
Who You Are
- You hold a Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field, with 7+ years relevant experience in global, matrixed People & Culture organizations, business embedded roles and/or consulting firms.
- A systems thinker with robust stakeholder management and influencing capabilities, you bring a track record in people strategy development/workforce planning, SWP, or total/external workforce strategies, combined with a commitment to delivering a high-quality customer experience through business partnerships.
- You are experienced with/have a passion for project and change management, learning and development topics.
- You have business acumen across different business and geographic environments (ideally in Pharma/Diagnostics/Healthcare-related industries).
- You possess strong consulting skills (diagnosing, analytical skills, critical thinking), strong problem solving skills, digital & data acumen.
- You are fluent in English (written & verbal).
- You are adaptable, motivated, and collaborative with a growth mindset for navigating complex challenges and changing priorities.
