Experteer Overview As a Biomarker Experimental Medicine Leader in Roche p RED, you will shape end-to-end translational biomarker strategies to support preclinical and clinical drug development.

- Lead biomarker activities to quantify drug response and select patients for personalized healthcare
- Act as Matrix Leader of the Bio X Expert Team (Bioanalytical, Biosample and Biomarker)
- Manage research collaborations to benefit multiple programs aligned with disease-area strategies
- Be an active member of preclinical and clinical drug development and project teams
- Provide scientific and strategic input to drug and clinical development plans, ensuring biomarker work is fit-for-purpose
- Collaborate with academia, industry, and service providers to identify biomarkers and novel trial endpoints
