Roche is seeking a Medical Affairs leader to shape the future of our Multiple Sclerosis (MS) therapy area. As the Group Leader Medical Affairs, you will lead an experienced team of Global Medical Science Leaders (MDs, PhDs, and PharmDs) collectively responsible for our MS medical affairs strategy. This team defines the integrated medical strategy—driving evidence generation, strategic engagement, and medical insights that directly influence how we bring innovative assets to patients worldwide. You will sit at the center of a cross‐functional ecosystem, collaborating with specialists in Scientific Communications, Patient Partnership, and Real‐World Data to ensure our science changes lives.
In this role, you will:
- Architect Evidence Strategies: Lead the design and execution of global evidence generation plans, bridging medical and market access gaps through clinical studies and Investigator‐Initiated Studies (IIS).
- Forge Purposeful Networks: Build and lead scientific exchange with top‐tier academic specialists, clinical influencers, and healthcare stakeholders globally to drive RWD initiatives and research collaborations.
- Translate Insights into Strategy: Synthesize complex medical insights to steer commercialization strategies at both the asset and Disease Area levels.
- Enable Market Access: Provide the medical 'north star' for market access strategies, ensuring our innovations are positioned for maximum patient benefit and operational success.
- Champion Scientific Innovation: Secure the strategic input necessary to enable the introduction of next‐generation therapies.
