Responsibilities

  • Maintain the documentation architecture for UK and IE affiliate notifications issued to external customers.
  • Manage updates and revisions.
  • Implement the marketing plan for customer notifications in alignment with departmental strategy and wider business goals.
  • Assess volumes and types of affiliate notifications using reporting tools to ensure product quality and safety oversight for Roche stakeholders.
  • Act as the subject-matter expert for documentation and work closely with the customer experience/insights team to identify pain and gain points.
  • Support, train and educate commercial and technical teams in sourcing and self-serving customer notification data and documents.

Qualifications

  • Degree and/or postgraduate degree in a Science subject – Biomedical Science preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a highly complex, cross-functional environment and stay focused on critical goals and outcomes.
  • Proven track record in writing customer-facing technical communications.

Desirable

  • Technical Writer qualification.
  • Operational knowledge of the NHS and context of healthcare.
  • Understanding of the laboratory diagnostics market.
  • Experience of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Google suite to intermediate level.
  • Experience of CRM systems.
