As a Performance Coach Partner, you will play a crucial role in equipping field teams and leaders to deliver our North Star across the Roche Portfolio. The Opportunity Providing active coaching, thought-partnership, and problem-solving: You will support individuals and teams by offering strategic guidance and actionable insights to improve performance and business outcomes Being a change agent: You will role model and actively embed new ways of working within the Customer Excellence Cluster, fostering an environment of continuous improvement Motivating the field team: You will build on in-call strengths and provide coaching on areas of mutually identified development to drive customer behavior change, ultimately enhancing business outcomes Collaborating with leaders: You will work closely with team leaders to create bespoke coaching plans for individuals, focusing on enhancing skills, technical knowledge, and overall team effectiveness to ensure a best-in-industry standard Ensuring a high-performance culture: As an integral team within the Customer Excellence Cluster you will ensure the team has the right skill and capability mix, both for current success and future growth.
