The Opportunity
- Lead commercial marketing initiatives for key portfolio priorities in a dynamic, competitive market - navigating fast-evolving competitor landscapes and market shifts.
- Partner cross-functionally with medical and compliance teams to translate clinical endpoints and complex data into compelling, ABPI-compliant commercial claims.
- Drive a customer-centric commercial approach by embedding omnichannel strategies, customer journeys, and persona-driven planning across the entire portfolio.
- Combine commercial analytics with qualitative customer insights to build robust national strategies, partnering closely with field teams to ensure sharp local execution and impact-driven performance tracking.
- Champion an outcomes-first mindset across the team, collaborating with cross-functional peers to ensure marketing activities deliver measurable real-world impact.
Who you are
- Experienced pharmaceutical marketer with a proven track record in strategic and operational marketing, including launching or managing products in competitive healthcare markets.
- Sound understanding of clinical data and endpoints, with demonstrated experience partnering with Medical teams to build compliant messaging under the ABPI Code of Practice.
- Strong capability in omnichannel marketing and customer engagement planning, leveraging CRM systems and digital platforms as core commercial enablers.
- Skilled at connecting market analytics with ground-level customer feedback to guide execution (prior field experience is a strong advantage).
- Outcomes-driven collaborator with strong communication and cross-functional leadership skills, capable of motivating and aligning diverse teams toward shared goals.
