Requirements & Qualifications:
- Proven Experience: Qualified Engineer with a proven track record servicing high-value capital equipment.
- Education: Equivalent qualification to HNC/HND level or above in Electrical, Mechanical, or Systems Engineering is highly desirable.
- Customer Focus: A confident, customer-centric mindset with the ability to navigate complex matrix environments and build productive relationships.
- Collaboration: Strong capability to work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team (Applications, IT, and Engineering) to deliver a seamless service solution.
- Flexibility: Willingness and capability to work within a 7-day support model to meet customer and patient needs across the region.
