Overview
Roche Health Care are looking to recruit a Kitchen Assistant to join our friendly team at Hartshead Manor, Cleckheaton.
Salary: £12.21phr
Hours: BANK – hours between 8.00-2.00pm and 2.00-6.00pm
Experience in Care and Kitchen environment preferable.
We provide a range of care and support services for our older residents, some of whom have dementia. Our main priority for this is to find people with the right values, behaviours and attitudes that match our own. Above all we want someone that shares our values:

Responsibilities
- Assist in organising and controlling the efficient and economic production of quality food within the allowed budget
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
Qualifications
- Basic food hygiene certificate
- Good communication skills
- Experience in food preparation for relevant service user group required
- Evidence of high level commitment to personal development, training and education
- To have a genuine interest in working within a caring environment
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- Ability to work as part of the team
- Be a kind and considerate person who is innovative and caring
