- Manage end-to-end import and export control operations across the UK & Ireland.
- Prepare, validate, and oversee shipping and customs documentation.
- Liaise with customs authorities, freight forwarders, and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with UK and international trade laws, export controls, and sanctions.
- Apply correct tariff classifications to materials and monitor duty/tax accuracy.
- Maintain accurate records for audits and regulatory reporting, acting as main contact for HMRC or industry body audits.
- Monitor and respond to regulatory changes, ensuring the business remains compliant and prepared.
- Troubleshoot customs or shipping issues to avoid delays.
- Share best practice with other Roche entities and support a sustainable approach to import/export activities.
