Knowledge of HR would be advantageous. Ideally, we would like someone with care home experience. We provide a range of care and support services for our older residents, some of whom have dementia. Our main priority for this is to find people with the right values, behaviours, and attitudes that match our own. Above all we want someone who shares our values.

Main purpose of the job
Maintain all documentation within the Care Home including staff, residents, DBS & reference requests and assistance with onboarding new starters. Deal with any internal enquiries and liaise with all members of the team. Work is varied so you will need to be adaptable and work to deadlines.
Qualifications
The minimum requirements are to have strong IT skills and basic bookkeeping skills. Good level of spoken and written English, experience of working in an office environment in an administrative role (a healthcare setting would be advantageous but not essential). Working with electronic systems to calculate wage hours, process home invoices, staff records etc. Familiarity with Fusion and Atlas systems.
